Does a real Ho join swaps? Annabella is a total HK freak! She has been driving me nuts for the big HK stamp set they have in ACMoore here. Its spendy though! $16.99  for stamps to be used by a 2 year old! Yup. I'm a sucker. I got it for her for Christmas! Now at least I won't be on her S-list like Santa when he doesn't follow through with what she asked him for!
What HK Stamp set?!?!?!?! I want it toooooooooo!!!!! lol
aweee, how sweet, did you tell her that mommy wants the same thing from Santa???????? I wish we lived closer, then I could bring Polo over all the time to play!!!!!!
So I have a bit of a personal quandry to deal with.
I have a goal to lose about 60lbs. with that said, I need to make time to work out, plan/ cook healthier meals, basically be more conscious of what I intake. Therefore I have to scale back a bit on my swaps and such cause I need the time to exercise. (there are only so many hours in a day) I'll still participate on the threads and sign - up for swaps just not as many as I have.
So I just want to know do I lose my HO status or not? I sure hope not. I love chatting with you gals. It's just that this is very important to me right now.
I'm also going to put it in my siggy, just like chrispy ho has it. I think it will serve as a reminder and keep me focused
Good luck Michele! You can do it! And no - you don't loose your Ho status for needed to take a break from all the swaps. Most of us at one point or another do to catch up on life, especially around the holidays so no worries silly. Just keep checking in and chat with us as time permits. ;)

Can I join you too!!!! I would love to lose 60 pounds!!!!
I just got a letter in the mail from the gym here, (I had cancelled our family membership awhile back because I was tired of paying for it when no one went to the gym) they wanted to win us back. We can re-join without paying a registration fee and my empoyer will credit me $3 per visit for my husband I and both for I believe up to 6 visits a month so as long as we go, so we don't pay much out of pocket to go. So I really should take them up on it!!!
If any of you have a few seconds today, please say a prayer for my uncle and his family. I think I posted awhile ago he was diagnosed with cancer, he's in major surgery today. Thanks ;)

Unless you truly love to lift weights, take classes or use the pool, I would think you get just as much benefit from taking a good walk every day, and that's FREE! And, you don't have to Drive anywhere to do it (theoretically, I guess I don't really know about your neighborhood personally.) But anyway, think about it - more $$ for stamps!

Sending you {{HUGS}} and wishes for successful surgery!!

Unfortunatley we are headed into the snowy season here, so unless I want to wear snowshoes, or get splashed by dirty snow each time a car drives by, the gym will win, they have an indoor track!!! Also by the time my job reimburses me it 's under $10 out of pocket!!:-D

Kudos to you!!
There's a great thread on here... Mooovers and Shakers... that shares tips and helps motivate. I can PM you a link if you'd like.
I don't do many swaps ( when compared to most of the hos ), because my time doesn't allow for it, and I have to put myself and my health above all things.
After I reach goal #1 still have another 45 lbs-ish to go...
If you want a fitness buddy amongst the Hos, I'm all for it. Motivation is sometimes the best medicine. ;)
GUESS WHAT... I can WALK ACROSS MY FLOOR NOW!!! WHOOO!!!!!!!
Burn pile was HUGE.....
I have a pile of boxes to mail out in the corner, so that will be gone by the end of the week (payday) and that is stuff that I am victimizing people with!

I totally agree about the walking. I lost almost 20 lbs. 2 summers ago by doing no excercising at all except walking. I still walk every chance I get to every where I can.
