Personally, I would rather add on the $1.95, but I may be in the minority. Either way is fine with me. Some people may not drink soda. I'll go with the majority. It really doesn't matter to me.
My vote is for the limitless soda too.... I thought about it, and thought yup, it would be easier! LOL
Im soooo glad I can come now! course now my husband is talking about moving Spring break which is the first week of april....sooooooo I will just have to get everything prepared a head of time before I pack all that up and keep my shoe box stuff seperate!

I'm glad I stumbled on to this post again. How are you going to take "reservations"? I'm definitely coming, Good Lord willing and the creeks don't rise! I'm so glad this gathering is going to be so close to home!

I am waiting to find out the exact cost for the catering, then I am going to set everything up through Paypal. I'll update as soon as I have the exact cost & information. Please keep checking this thread!! We are going to have so much fun!!!!!!!

I know you make a card and bring the card stock for everyone do we bring the ink set and everything? If so that is cool . the door prize is it stamp related as well? Just let me know

You will need to bring everything to make "your" card. The ink, cardstock, stamps, ribbon, whatever. Then as we do our assembly line everything will be right there for everyone to make the card. The door prizes do not need to be stamp related. I was thinking stamp stuff OR lotions, candles, things we could stamp on (paint cans/stationary/RSVP pens), chocolate, or whatever else you can think of. These are just some examples. Let me know if there are any more questions!! I hope you all have a VERY MERRY CHRISTMAS or Happy Holidays, or whatever holiday you celebrate I hope I hope it is a very merry one!!!!!

It has been brought to my attention that some of us like to decorate our own envelopes to match our cards!! BUT, I am not going to make everyone bring envelopes, with their supplies. What I am suggesting is that if you like to stamp your envelopes to match your cards, then be sure to bring your own envelopes to the gathering so you can pull them out & stamp them as you go.
Do you think it would be a big deal for each person to bring their OWN Stampin Scrub? Perhaps it could be included in our shoebox supplies.......or bring our own around to the stations with us.......? Just an idea!

That is a good idea, but I don't know if everyone has one.
Hey guys, I just thought of something. I need you all to make a little place card or something that will stand up next to your stuff with your name on it. For example, just fold a piece of cardstock in half and write your name & SCS name on it. That way, if someone has a question on your card they can just yell your name out. Make sense??
thats a great idea amy! sounds good! I also like the idea of everyone bringing their own stampin scrub too. Most likely everyone has at least one. dont you think? and if some have extra's they can bring them just in case?
