Talk about making the customer happy. I had ordered two sets of stamps from Mark's Finest Paper. One set was shipped immediately. I then promptly lost my packing slip to see when the other would be shipped (this was probably a week ago). I emailed Faith to see when it would be shipped; and if it was to be a while, then substitute another set I had been eyeing. She came right back and said it had been shipped yesterday but did I still want the set I mentioned. No, my pocketbook wouldn't stand it. She then emailed me back and said SHIPPED AT NO COST FOR MY PATIENCE!!!!!!! You can be sure I'll be spending my of my $$$ with her. Thanks again Faith for your wonderful customer service.
I just had a good experience with Mark's too. I had ordered four items, two of which were back ordered. When they didn't arrive after two weeks, I emailed to find out whether or not they had been shipped. I received a prompt reply saying they had been mailed but, apparently, lost somewhere along the way. Mark's remailed the items and included one of their new stamp sets! They were mailed via USPS priority mail and arrived in three days.
Just try some of her Snowstorm Smooth 80 lb. paper - WOW! I rec'd a free pack with an order I placed. I LOVE this paper!

I had the same experience and Faith resent my stamps along with a new set that had not been released yet. Wonderful customer service. I love the stamps. They are top quality and the image is clear and crisp. I am getting ready to order more.
