Default Wow! Great customer service.

A friend bought me a gift of a die that just wouldn't cut. I contacted Concord and 9th late Thursday afternoon - Eastern time-- within minutes I received a reply with suggestions-- tried those--no luck. Replied. Within minutes again I was told that a new die would be sent. It is 2:20 Monday and I have tried the new die that cuts like softened butter and it is perfect. Now this is a company who values customers and backs their product.
Concord & 9th I am totally impressed and happy because I love their designs.

Just one more reason to deal directly with the company that designs, 'manufactures' and ships the products. Owners are truly invested in their businesses and they CARE!
