ROFL! That would be me, if it was my sister! I still wouldn't wait to start stamping, but I wouldn't break in a friend's new stamps. The stamps would have to be my order. I would definately start right now. She could be inspired by your quick action!
I say start stampin. Then when she gets there, she can use what you're already done with . All in the interest of not having you fight over the same set...

With all that you could just do one set. LOL I've been babysitting at my DD's when our stamp club has arrived. It was all I could do not to open the box! I knew she'd wonder what got into me if I did. Unpacked.....?and my own stuff? I'd definitely start stamping on at least one.
Cuttin' rubber is a great way to pass the time. Now your stamps will be ready for ink when Beate gets there. I hope she gives you a big hug for preparing the stamps.
The reason Mel's Expedition won't fly is cuz it's been hit with the garage door one too many times ;)

Wow! My SIL gets all my orders at her house so now I'm wondering, does it drive her crazy to know my new stuff is just sitting there waiting to be used. Nah, she has more toys than I'll ever have. So in that case if it's my new things and she's only five minutes away, I'll just unlock the front door and get to work. She can let herself in!

Ooooh! Mine too! I think it might be my favorite new set. But, would you believe I haven't even ordered it yet. I was trying to "spread it out a bit". I might just have to go get her. Besides, if I wait too long, then summer will be over and she'd get cold in her little skirt! ;)

yes! THEY ARE WONDERFUL! I got a set of each - they come 2/pkg, and are *very* sturdy. Think stamp cases, but double thickness. They are wondermous! You must getcha some!
Dude, heck no I wouldn't wait! If it was Kim's box of stuff and she was on her way over (less than 5 mins from her house to mine) I MIGHT not open it yet. But if it was mine, heck yeah I am breaking it open!!!
