White embossing powder

I have a stamp that I want to use and it has a lot of snow...my question..... I have seen cards that are embossed and the white snow looks very puffy. I know about liquid applique but this looks like it has been embossed. Any suggestions to get that thicker snow look from embossing powders???? Thanks.. ~~ Carol

I wouldn't think that embossing would be all that puffy? Perhaps it is something like Snowtex or Snow Writer, or Flower Soft?
