Do you mean in person get togethers, or swaps where you make cards, send them to the hostess and get some back in the mail?
There is a swap forum, down between the Blogs/Blogging forum and above the buy/sell/trade forum. You cannot see it if you are not logged in.
You must be a member of the "swap hostesses and participants" user group to post in the swap forum.
So, to join the swap forum, over on the left hand side of this site, there's a couple of boxes, one of which says "around the site." There's a link in there called "Join a group." You can read more about that
here. Specifically, there's certain info you need to add to your SCS profile.
Note that applications to join are only processed Monday through Friday. Also, I don't think that you get notification once you're approved. You can check back at the "join a group" link (because once you're in, I think the swap group will move down show you're in it, rather than showing as available to join), or you can just try to post in the swap forum.
