We typically don't know the recruiting promo until they actually launch them. When the new catalog comes out, there will be a catalog Sampler. In it will list some promos and I think there is a recruiting promo. So that one, you'll know in advance. Although there is no better time than the present, if you want to wait, I would suggest signing up right around when the new catalog comes out. Your starter kits is fully customizable so you can pick new sets! Also, your first order (workshop or personal) is at 30% off. So you can get new sets at a bigger discount. It would also be a good time to sign up because if you have your first few workshops within that time, people are excited about the new catalog and sales tend to be a bit higher. Good luck!
