My "I can always fall back on these..." color combinations are:
Mellow Moss/Perfect Plum/Pale Plum
Old Olive/Close to Cocoa/Chocolate Chip
Pretty In Pink/Close to Cocoa/Chocolate Chip
Real Red/US White/Basic Black
No matter what project or stamp set I'm working with, I can almost always get these color combinations to work. However, I tend to stick with "similar" types of stamp sets: lots of floral sets, lots of "funky" sets, and Alphabet/Words. Call me a creature of habit.... ~ K

My current favorite combo is Not Quite Navy, Ruby Red and Old Olive. My mom has requested some spring cards, so I'll have to come up with a different color palette!
my favs are mellow moss, lavender lace and perfect plum
I find that soft subtles are just so nice I always run out of them first and they go so well with vanilla
Try Cameo Coral with Ballet Blue & More Mustard....it's pretty. Or Cameo Coral with any of these combinations...surprisingly nice!
cameo with: gable green, barely banana, and brocade blue
cameo with: any green except forest foliage
cameo with: bliss blue, pretty in pink, bordering blue, baroque burgundy or ruby red...mix 'em up.
cameo with: not quite navy, old olive, more mustard.
I seem to be on a roll.
Newly discovered use for Cameo Coral over the last few days. Gallery at Splitcoaststampers
Check out that card, it started me looking for colors to use with Cam Cor.

All winter I was on a Caribbean kick and used alot of Tempting Turquoise with either Green Galore or Summer Sun. Refreshing. (TT also looks great with silver for Christmas)
Now, I have gone more to the classics & cannot stay away from Baroque Burgundy and Creamy Caramel on Vanilla CS. Also started using Night of Navy instead of black just about everywhere.
Old stand-by is Old Olive/More Mustard/Really Rust.

I love green galore and pink passion with a bit of yellow or turquoise. The brighter and more cheery, the more I love it! I love the "Never Ending Joy" card posted that uses pink passion and gable green, mounted on black. STUNNING
