Question What does...

"subscribing" mean? I see people posting that to threads and I feel like an idiot for asking this question....

if you want to be informed of further notations/postings of a topic, above the thread started is a link titled "thread tools" Click on those words and there will be a listing of things you can do with the posting, one of them is "subscribing" it will direct you to your own "control panel" at the top of SCS stampers, if signed in it will say "welcome and your user name"
there is were you find your threads subscribed to, emails, profile etc.
You can list the threads to even be sent to your home email once a week or daily etc, or no notice-where you go and check in your own control panel
of the subscriptions to check without being bothered with emails notices.
Just experiment and you will learn. Check all the listing at the top of the threads to become familiar with what is available, practice makes perfect
