I have more cards than I could ever use too. I give some away. I do write a lot of letters so often I leave the inside of my cards blank. That way when an occaision comes along, I can stamp the appropriate sentiment inside, OR I can use the card to write letters in. My family gets a LOT of those.
I am also a member of the Soldiers Angels LWT (Letter Writing Team) so I use a lot of them up that way.

I make batches of cards for christmas gifties for the relatives, and I have a box of them for sale at work.

I do several things. I have some containers that I keep the following for inspiration -
-Cards I make at stamp class and workshops I attend,
-Cards I receive from my SCS penpals
-cards I make
Sometimes I do send those cards to others if I need one and do not have time to make one myself.
I make lots of cards just to stamp. I donate some, I use some for the Hugs & Hope children I send cards to, and some I keep for ideas.
