Just wondering what I can do to get my money back. I ordered Stamps from Highhopesstamps in May and have yet to receive them. I have sent numerous emails with only 2 replies. One saying they were backed up on orders. I understand and was patient. On July 2 I received an email saying that they were ready to ship I would receive an email with a tracking number. I never received such and now they won't return my emails. It's been like 4 months since I ordered.
Hi! I'm just a customer like you and I got my order sorted out recently. I think there is a blackhole of emails somewhere. However, I have tried to contact them to contact you - hopefully they will soon.
Did you use a credit card to pay for your order? Has your credit card been charged? If so, I would talk to your card holder about reversing/disputing the charge. If your card has NOT been charged, I would send a letter to the stamp company, via registered or certified mail, notifying them that you are canceling your order and that they no longer have permission to charge your credit card. I would carbon-copy your card company on the letter and when you send them their copy (again, via certified or registered mail) ask them to block any charges from that company.
I think my July 23rd order is finally on it's way to me. I had to keep calling though as the majority of my emails did not get a response. I just spoke to Bethany yesterday and she emailed a tracking number to me. I am now hoping the package has everything I ordered.

I was just at my LSS last weekend and the owner was telling she ordered stamps last APRIL and still does not have them either. She said this will be her last order and when these are gone she will not order anymore to sell int the shop. Their shipping is terrible and this is why I myself will never order from them.
I ordered through a third party - a UK online shop who stocks them. I only contacted her about the second/third week in August, and the stamp arrived to her and on to me this week. After all the posts I've read about people having problems, I am counting myself lucky!
I think they are trying to sort out problems and when you do get a Human to talk to they do seem to get it sorted out quite quickly. Ring them - I know Bethany when she heard of my plight offered to ring right back.
Yesterday I gained total respect for High Hopes Stamps.
After my post up above about the LSS here still not receiving their orders, I received I PM from Bethany explaining what is going on they are working very to fix the shipping issues.
She was very nice and really explained it well.
I gained alot of respect for High Hopes from this as not many owners would take time to do this.
I did call the owner of the LSS last night and told her about it and now she understands also and decided that she will continue to order and carry High Hopes stamps. I am so happy about this as I really like HH stamps!!!

For me- I ordered July 17 and it took a paypal dispute (with several emails explaining that I was making a dispute) and an upgrade to a claim before I got results. I got my stamps on Sept. 17 and I ordered around 17-20 stamps in a group order and we got well over 25-30 (maybe more) in freebies. I had one missing but the person who it belonged to said not to even worry about it. She'll be getting several of the freebies in her envie when I can get them out
I ordered July 31st and have called three times and still haven't received anything...now the phone was busy all day Friday and it's busy again today already this a.m.! I do hope they get everything figured out. What are the shipping issues?

Its too bad that they are having such a hard time keeping the shipping times down. Their business has grown so much over the last little while. I've ordered from them a couple times and luckily haven't had any problems. I'm bummed now that they only take wholesale orders. I really like their stamps.
If it helps any, I have read where things are getting caught up and people are receiving orders. Sounds like their stamps are popular enough that the business grew faster than the owners were able to keep up with...
I e-mailed them a couple of weeks ago about my July order. They responded that my order would be going out shortly as they are getting caught up. How long do I wait before I contact them again. I'm a little disappointed as I am ready to start my Christmas cards and wanted to use their image this year. Might have to rethink my cards.

I to ordered in july and I haven't got my order I called bethany but still nothing and there phone is now busy you can never get throught to get a confirmation number or to see where my order is. I to order christmas stamps and now Im having to look at what I can do for my christmas cards this year.
wow I got my stamps today they were on my pouch this morning when I let my cats out for the morning. now I dont have to worry about finding something for christmas I have plenty now. when I could get throught I talked to Bethany and she called and found out where my stamps where and got them to me as fast as she could. Hope everyone

that's encouraging...what day in July did you order? I ordered the 31st...so maybe my order will come soon! I hope...their phone is still busy...I've tried twice today.
Bethany called me once with a question on my order and I explained I had 2 orders placed a few days apart. This was about a month ago. 2 weeks ago I called her and like the conversation before said they were ready to ship. I still do not have either order. I know she will make it worth my while but the waiting is hard, especially with a lot of cash tied up. I hope I get mine soon.

My order was july 10th but my order for some reason was stuck in customes and they lost my address when I called bethany she called purolater where it was so she called
and got it out of customes and deliver to me you might have the smae problem. But it
eally hard when there phione is busy try calling in the early morning about 8.00 and
just keep tryong is all I can say.
the last time I talked to her she said she thought it'd been shipped and would call me back the next day w/what was going on...didn't hear anything. I've called three times and not had any trouble getting through until last Friday and here it is Thursday and the phone is still busy. I will keep trying.
I just called Bethany there phone was not busy. They just found they had a phone problem it is now fixed. She said that she has mailed your order she will call you
tomarrow with the tacking number but said you should have it hopefully tomarrow.

WOW! thanks! I have stamp club tomorrow, shoebox card party in the a.m. and club in the afternoon....I'll be home around 3 p.m. but I have an answering machine.

I ordered in July and received my order around 4 weeks later, Bethany is really helpful but I know that high Hopes have had a lot of problems with their emails and faxes and by the sounds of the above their phones too. If you can get through to them they generally help you with the issues you're having and although their shipping times and from reading the above their production lead times are a little long I think their gorgeous images and bright service make up for it somewhat.
It'd be nice if someone from High Hopes would post here to explain why they have so many issues and when they'll be resolved as I too would love to order again but am a little afraid that my four weeks (which I thought was horrendous at the time) was lucky.

they are not taking order now for the general public only wholesale but bethany told
me tonight the 7 kids college is now one of the wholesale people from the usa they
are working on a huge order for them right now so you may want to check with
now they should have everything in stock as you order.
I too placed a hugh order with them before they stopped selling retail and am yet to receive them. I emailed them in September and Bethany was kind enough to call me and let me know they were ready to ship. Now one month later I still have not received them. I have tried contact them at both email addresses with no response now. I tried to file a dispute with Paypal and they told me my order was not eligible. I am getting frustrated as well.
But I do have a little good and bad news. Chrissy Armstrong that used to design for them has quit. But she is designing digitial images on Sguigglefly now and is working on a new line called Wags n Whiskers. Here is the link to her blog if you want to check it out.

Mine was stuck in custom's for a long time maybe yours is there to.
I finally got ahold of Bethany last week after three days of phoning. She said she would call me back the next day and didn't. The day after that I called her and she said she would call back in 30 minutes. Didn't call back until the next day. She gave me her personal email and told me they would throw in some bonus stamps and I would have my order by Tuesday. It is now Sunday and still no stamps and no answer via the personal email at all this week. I will try to call her again tomorrow. I am very frustrated as it has been over 3 months now.
jane just hang in there I know it has taken awhile once I called her on my order it took
a couple of weeks to get to me just keep calling if you can. Best is early in the morning
or try in the evening also but she will get them to you. I got a few extras with my order also.
Boy, I wonder what they'll do now that their designer has left! It certainly won't be the same company. I'm so glad that her work will be available as digitals. That's about all I use now...love them!

I don't use digitals I only use the rubber stamps I just cant see spending my money on something I dont have. and it uses more space in your computer which I dont have a lot of space. but they do have a lot of cute pictures on digital.

I too am amongst the trying to patiently wait...same story ordered in July haven't received anything. I have called a couple times but still no stamps....
Wow, thanks for posting this - now, I know not to order from there. Good to know you ladies will help everyone else learn from the issues you have already experienced!

I am still waiting for my July 28th order! Have sent numerous emails but no answers. It would make the stamps more expensive if I had to ring them from Australia! I have sent 2 more emails today and as the stamps were Xmas ones I can't see me using them this Xmas, IF THEY EVER COME THAT IS! LOL.
I have been trying to get my order since July. I gave up on emails and have sent two letters. I did get a phone call each time they got my letters with a promise of a tracking number. So far nothing. I'm really frustrated. I love their stamps but I doubt they will stay in business with "service" like this. I will give it another week and then I'm going to complain to my credit card company.

It sounds like excuse after excuse with this company!! "I lost your email! My phone doesn't work!! I'll call you back tomorrow (and NEVER call back!) Didn't I send it already??" Wow!! I just plain sounds like no one knows what's going on! Thanx for this thread, I wouldn't want to wait longer than 2 weeks for stamps, much less 2 months!!!
