I am making favor bags for a birthday party (the party is next Saturday) and I am using Chocolate Chip cardstock. I just discovered I don't have enough!!!!!! What can I do??????
Can you use a different color? Would Close to Cocoa work? If not, maybe you can tell us a little more about what exactly you are making, so we can help think of a solution.
Do you have creamy caramel that you can use instead? Or do you know another stamper that can lend you chocolate chip and you replace it? Lastly, put in an order w/your demo and ask for expedited shipping, but that is expensive for something like this. I would use another color and just make half of the favors one color and the other half chocolate chip. Good luck!!
I do have Close to Cocoa and I thought about using that. You don't think it would be too strange to have half one color and half another color? I thought about going to Archiver's and seeing if I can get a close match in color - I just don't like their cardstock as well.
Maybe ask your demo if you can borrow some if she has some? Then you can place an order and replace it. Have any stampin friends in town who might have some?
If it's a kid-paryt, I don't think kids will care if some are one color and some are another. They're just gonna rip 'em open to see what's inside anyway.
