What is the best way to ink a 5 x 7 card?

I want to ink all over a card. What is the best way to get a good look to this? The ink I am using is in those little squares, if that makes a difference.

Do you mean solid coverage? If so I would suggest a brayer.

Maybe I can explain better what I need. I am making a chipboard calendar. The fronts are covered with PP, and I decided to cover the backs in white card stock. I tried my best to keep the white side clean, but of course that did not work. I had inked the edges of the finished side, and thought if I inked all the back, it would cover up my mess. Does that make more sense?

Can you just cover it up with some colored cardstock? Or more patterned paper? That might be easier than inking the whole thing with the little spots.

I went with the white card stock in order to give it some continuity. I would like the backs to be similiar, and that is why I chose one color, white.

You might run out of ink using the little squares for your ink source. If you really want to use ink and not pattern paper, I would go out and buy a bigger ink pad at a local stamp store or hobby store and some sponges or finger daubers.

Then use the sponges or daubers to apply ink to the the card stock.
