Scotch Quick Dry is THE BEST!! I'm in North Texas, too, so not quite as humid, but I have never had a problem with stuff coming apart! The other great thing about using it is that your cards get a "heavier" feel to them, because the glue actually stiffens up the paper layers. That's one of the first thing people seem to notice about my cards compared to others with different glues or tape runners. Makes for a real quality feel!!!

I use the green mono multi. I used to use my atg but lately I have had better success with the layers staying together with mono multi (green bottle)
