I might as well just spit it out! Get your butts to the gallery & comment on the wonderful additions! I spent about an hour doing so last night, er, I mean, in the wee hours of the morning :oops: , and again about an hour & a half tonight. There are still lots of entrys that have no comments or only one or two. The number of views is crazy! Some have almost 200 views and only one comment! :shock: Comment! Comment! Comment! Remember, those of us who share our artwork are sharing a bit of ourselves & it hurts a bit when we don't get any comments. You can click on the little results thingy on the upper right hand corner on the gallery home page to change to least active to get at the ones that have no or few comments.
I'm done now. Back to the regularily scheduled show!

A reminder that you can change ho wyou look at the cads in the gallery as well. Once you click to enter
"Today's additions" look to the right and there is a pull down menu and you can sort different ways, including least popular. When I sort by least popular I often go back about 5 pages as well b/c many times those have been sitting for a while.

ps Another reminder that if you do not comment b/c it takes a while to go back, look next to your back arrow key and there is a little arrow pointing down-wen you click on that the top option is to go back to what you were looking at last. HTH!

I posted a card after MONTHS of posting nothing (school, you know Britta) and I seriously can't find it in the regular gallery, only in my own gallery! and it only had 25 views (20 of those were probably me) I did get one comment though! hoooray!! Why can't I see it in the regular gallery? It should pop up first under "Least Popular" LOL :( :( :(
Consider it done. I love the gallery and try to post my comments as often as possible. I'm sure whenever I finally figure out how to upload, I will want feedback from everyone. Thanks for the reminder!

I always figure if I like it enough to click on it. I always try and comment on everything. I think this is a great challenge. COMMENT COMMENT COMMENT.
Call it done. I have been trying to do this everytime I open a card. Thanks for the information camsmom. I down loaded a card once and before I knew it it was already on page 5! I think that there are times when a lot of cards are uploaded at once and the gallery moves really fast. Need less to say that card didn't get many views. That's Ok. Hey I enjoyed my 10 seconds of fame! :shock:

I am glad you posted this ,people need to be reminded. I do this on a daily basis,sometimes 3 or 4 times a day. I can't imagine looking at a card I like , and not commenting on it. It only takes a few seconds to say ,nice card, I love it or pretty card. A couple of words are better then no words at all.

That little arrow by the back button is a life saver.......unless you get soo deep into the site & can't figure out which splitcoaststampers page you want! :lol:
I will be posting this over and over again if I don't see some improvement!
I love to go in and comment on the cards in the gallery! I know what it feels like to have something that you worked really hard on have tons of views and no comments. I think everyone's cards are really great. Thanks for reminding everyone to go and take a look!

Everyone should post regulary, although that little thing called life gets in the way sometimes! BUT, tomorrow is the grand un-veiling of the DD for December and the regular gallery is just not going to see as much traffic! So, get out there people and make your fellow stampers feel wonderful!

Thank you so much! I do try to comment as often as I can when looking at cards, but sometimes I only have a few minutes and that whole going back process slowed me down - now I can comment away!!
Last week there was a post about people not commenting and I gave a link to one of my cards. Can I just say thank you to the people who took the time to go look and leave comments. It feels so good to know that people appreciate what you do! I am in tears! Thank you! I will also keep this in mind as I look at others beautiful art. I try to post comments lots, but I guess time is a thing too. I guess, if we all post comments it will help. Even just a few on each makes a difference! Thank you again! Hugs!
