I use a paintbrush
I have the watercolor crayons, and use a wet paint bursh on the tip of the
crayon to lift color and apply to stamped card, However; I prefer watercolor paper layered onto colored cardstock layers, as it doesn't buckle, the watercolor paper I have is smooth on one side, and rougher on the other side, so it stamps fine on the smooth side. I have also used "fantastic" sticks/pencils, to color with, they are pointed and you also dip into water
and then onto crayon tip. I did find out that if dropped onto a wood floor or
hard surface they will also break in half like kids crayons. But I like the effect.
