velcro or 3M?

Does anyone know about a velcro type product that 'snaps' instead of 'pulls apart". I have seen it but I don't know where to get it or the name of it. Thanks for helping....Patty

I'm not sure if you found this already, but I was searching for the same thing, and after a lot of googling, I think it is by 3M and called Dual lock. I plan to order some, so I can let you know if it is what I wanted after I get it.
