Default Unmounted product

What's the name of that product that you apply to a block so that you can use raw rubber stamps? I bought it at joann a few years ago, but can't removed what it's called.

No, it's a clear sticky sheet that you apply to the block. Then you just stick unmounted stamps to it and they will come of to be reused
