I've ordered from Ellen many times and her shop is first rate. And, she has the Ranger Heat It tool, which is hard to find. It is a quiet embossing gun -- for my middle of the night stamping -- and it doesn't blow the embossing powder all over.

I don't order too much from online stores, but I have ordered from Ellen Hutson and for good reason. I ordered something late at night and received a confirmation the very same night! My order was in the mail the next day and arrived in less than 3 days. And she charges only the actual shipping charge.

Same reason I ordered from her (well kind of) she's the only one I could find that had the new Advent Calendar from Kaisercraft in stock
Count me in as another happy and satisfied Ellen customer. I placed an order last night after 8:00 pm. I received an order shipped email just after 1:00 pm this afternoon. Orders always come quickly and with a nice little gift, too.

Just had a great experience with Ellen's store too . . .placed an order and called about a stamp that was out of stock, so they held the order for two days until the other came in to ship it all out together. Looking forward to receiving my package!
