I got mine at a local stamp store but I've heard that you can get them at Michael's as well.

I would do a search on the internet - I found some at a site but can't remember what it is called - also a local scrapbook store may carry them

I have heard them mentioned many times, but I don't exactly know what they are. Can anyone explain what they are and how they work? Thanks!

Default Luminarte

Twinkling H20s are made by Luminarte (the same company that used to make Radiant Pearls), and you can buy them over their website. Your LSS should carry some kits of them too, but you can only buy them individually over the website. Luminarte comes to some conventions too. You will LOVE them. They are water color cakes that you just add a little water to, and paint. They are beautiful, sparkly, fabulous colors. I never paint with anything else any more. The little cakes come in their own containers, and last forever. If you let it get to the consistency of paste it's a thicker cover, and works a little better. I highly recommend them.

You can buy them singly, in sets of 6, 12, 24 ,48 at the luminarte site. You can also get them at www.franticstamper.com

I got mine from The Rubber Chicken and love them! The key is to spritz your Twinks with water, then let them sit and soften up. After 10 minutes or so, you can stir them around with your brush and add more water if necessary. I like mine to be about the consistency of nail polish.

The colors are absolutely fabulous! If you can find the wooden "Twink Trays", they are a good investment. They've got little "cups" routed out so that each Twink container has a little place to sit. You can stack each filled tray on top of each other to reduce the footprint on your work space.

I Love my H2O's. When my local stamp store closed I bought a set over e-bay at a decent price. I also noticed them in Archivers last time I was there. I think they just started carrying them because I never saw them there before and I had looked.
