Default Trying to contact Papertrey Ink

I am trying to contact Papertrey Ink because I didn't get the 7% anniversary discount. There is no phone number that I can find and the email address for customer service won't work. Does anyone know the best way to contact them? Any help would be appreciated.

you can email them at [email protected]. Here is their announcement for the discount:
In accordance with our tradition here at Papertrey Ink, we are pleased to announce that all orders placed between 10 pm EST, tonight, February 15th, through 9:59 pm EST, February 16th will automatically receive 7% off your entire order.

There is no order minimum, no other requirements. Every order placed within the first 24 hours of the release will get 7% off their entire order (excluding shipping charges and gift certificates.)

the discount was shown already taken off on the retail prices on their website during the anniversary sale. It wasn't something that comes off at the end. For example, a small ink cube that sells for $2 was showing as $1.86 on the site during the sale.

Are you sure you didn't actually get the discount on each line item but you were expecting to see a 7% "lump sum" discount after your subtotal? (Just trying to help!)

Kellybee said it very well. For that 24 hours, all the items in the store were showing the discounted price. There was no lump sum discount or amount to be credited at the end. It was already done for each item.

In looking back at your order details, do you think that might be the case?

Enjoy your new stuff!

That indeed may be the case. I ordered on 2/16 in the morning (EST). I will check the 'full' price today and see if the price charged was already discounted. Thanks so much.

Thanks so much to those that helped me. The 7% discount WAS the price I saw when I ordered. Very happy with my 'stuff' and wanted to let you know that all is well. For some reason though, that email addy still shows up as invalid when I put it in. I even copied and pasted it from this thread and it did that. No biggie... just odd. Thanks again.

The link above works for me. As with most websites, you can to go their site and scroll all the way to the bottom of the page and you'll find "Contact Us." It gives you a link to the customer service forum, the same email contact, and a mailing address.

I've used the email link and received a prompt response. Glad to hear that you are happy with your order!

Glad you got it sorted out, and have fun playing with your new stuff! I've gotten on an organizing detour, and haven't actually used any of my new goodies yet.
