Hi, Michelle! First thing I'd suggest is posting questions like this to the Site Suggestions and Questions forum...when it comes to technical problems with the site, most of us tend to be question ASKERS ourselves, not EXPERTS, kwim, lol?
Anyway, I guess the first thing I would try is changing the name of your photo? Maybe it's just being blocked because there's already a photo with that same name? I dunno, but I guess it's worth a shot. I don't mean change the name you give it for SCS, but actually the name you gave it when you saved it to your hard drive in the first place. Maybe just add your initials to the end of the name, right before the " .jpg" ending.
If that doesn't work, which naturally wouldn't surprise me, lol, try posting over in the Suggestions forum...you should get better help...good luck!
