Default Tractor Time ideas

Hi! My guys in my family are "big tractor fans" including my 3 yr old son. I bought the set, Tractor time, and now when I sit down to make a card I draw a blank Does anyone have any examples or ideas that they can share?? Thanks so much! I've really enjoyed this site...I've been a lurker for a while ...you've given me some great inspiration and the "gotta have syndrome" when I see your beautiful work.

Hi!

I just recently found the gallery. It has 66 cards using the Tractor Time set. If you are ever wanting to sell the set, please let me know. I just started stamping a year ago and can't find it anywhere. My husband's family is really into tractors, particularly the old John Deere two cylinder ones.

Thanks!

You can try ebay - I just looked now and there are two sets, but with one day to go, the bidding on the first one is up to $52 (with $6 shipping)!!!

When collecting cards for my Canadian military project, someone sent me a card with a tractor on it. What they did was rub the paper with lemon juice then embossed it to give the paper an aged look. They stamped the tractor after they aged the paper. Apparently the more juice you apply, the more aged it looks. They also used green patterned paper as a background. Sorry I don't have more detail than that (the card is packed in the box already) but I've kept this technique in the back of my mind to try sometime.

Good luck!

Hi!

I just bought Tractor Time from someone on this website! The gallery cards are great for non-creative people like me!
