Hmmm - I'd think you could use an 8.5x11 - scored at 5 & 6 inches on the 11 side. On the long sides, I'd score at 1.5. I'd then snip the score lines at 5&6 inches from the edge until they meet the 1.5 score line. That's a quick (w/ a little calculation) guess - try it on a scrap piece of paper - but it should get you close.
