Torn Clear Stamp Repair

I managed to tear off the H of one of my Halftone Hello stamps and I've noticed a split on another one of them.

I guess I should take them off the acrylic block more gently... oTL

Are there any good methods for adhering them together? If I line up the pieces, there is no gap in the lines. I just would prefer not to have to fuss with it as two pieces every time I want to use it.

I basically don't want to spend $20 to get a second stamp set for one piece of it.

I don't know of a way to adhere the edges of a clear stamp together. I would think it would not be easy, because they're so flexible.

I've torn a couple through the years, and just lined them up on the block to use them.

I do the same as Bugga until it becomes too much of a nuisance, then I toss them. I don't know of any way to fix them...

Are these from Altenew? They have wonderful customer service, and might replace them for you. There might have been a faulty batch, especially since it's happening with more than one stamp. Can't hurt to ask! Papertrey Ink has replaced a stamp for me.

I often cut my clear sentiments apart purposely so I can use part of them, or rearrange them. I have a script stamp that has a very long swash at the end, and I don't always want it there, so I cut it off.

Then I just line it up if I want it.

I also have had PTI replace lost stamps for me. So if it really bugs you, try asking the company.

Otherwise, know that lots of folks have theirs in pieces on purpose!
