Go for it! LOL It's great!

Seriously, I think it would help if you had specific questions we could answer. What do you want to know?

Make sure the person you are going to sign under is going to be supportive.
I agree with the previous poster and say go for it!! It's a lot of fun sharing what you love with others.

important to have supportive upline...one who does training for her downline on a regular basis....if you just want the discount it may not matter to you

This link should take you to a series of short articles I did on my experience as an SU demo (they start at the bottom of the page). I hope this is helpful. If you don't want to read the link, my bottom line is yes, it's a good idea if you know why you want to do it and pick an upline that suits YOUR needs.

Definitely make sure you choose a supportive upline. For me, since in the beginning I didn't know if I wanted to be a demo just for the discount or for the business, it was important to find a demo who would and could support me regardless of which option I chose. My upline would be great if I decided just to buy from myself, but she has really been an invaluable source of information and encouragement as I have built my business.

Also, find out about your upline's upline and her upline and any larger demo group that you would belong to whose meetings/swaps you could attend. My up-up-upline has a demo only shoebox swap every time a new catalog or mini comes out, and that's a great way to get lots of samples without buying all the sets or spending a fortune on shipping. So if you're interested in SU as a business, find out if something like that would be available.
