Hi -
Can I order the new catalog from the TAC website or do I need to get the catalog from a demonstrator? My old TAC rep retired and I would really like a new one. Thanks!

I sent you a PM.
You can place an order for a TAC catalog through a Demo's Website.
The newest one is not up yet! I think sometime after July 2nd it would be there.

I know I will be in trouble, lol.
My dh is re-constructing a 1965 Shelby Cobra and believe it or not, on page 92 there is a new set that has that car in it. I showed it to him and told him that he would have to become a new customer.
I'm really looking forward to seeing the new catty too! Not a demo here, although my demo completely rocks! I think she'd drop it off at 2am if I asked her to. Now that's dedication!

There are lots of new papers in the catalog - Cha Cha, Mimi, Hemingway, Toodle Loo, Amelia, Winchester. You can also order matching cardstock, hardware, and ribbon.
Some of the new stamps are: HoppyEverything, FunFish, HalfCracked, Swirly Seasons, SnowmenNativity, Sprigs, Happy Holiday Squares, lots of new Alphabet Stamps. The Crop-A-dile and Instant Setter join the Big Shot as major tools.
the projects at seminar and information received has been fantastic.
One of the strategies of The Angel Company is to simplify - that is what they are hearing from customers, focus groups, and the industry. The colors are awesome too. The papers reflect the colors that we are starting to see in Home Decor and fashion so we'll be right in step.
Anyways - Seminar is a fun event. Everyone should try to attend at least once.
Have a great day - off to another fun filled day of activities.
128 pages (glue bound/not spiral)
GWPs and Level Rewards are in the front of the book
15 new GWPs that will be replaced with the Spring/Summer release
4 level As
4 level Bs
1 level C or choice of 1 $WingIt or 1 Designer collction (no R codes)
1 level D or choice of 1 SoarWithIt collection
All level rewards will also be replaced with the new catalog in Jan.
9 new SoarWithIt (5 page/1 tag sheet) Collections
All the paper collections from the suppliments are included
It looks like the hostess reward chart is the same
1/2 price and 20% off items still part of reward
The stamp sets are 70% the actual size (I'll get to this is a minute)
The Big Shot is still available
The Crop-a-Dile was added
bazzill flowers
With every paper set, they have an ink chart for Palette and Versamagic inks, WowIt embellys and coordinating ribbon.
There is one example with every set
No price changes that I can detect.
A Table of Contents is on page one
(For non-angels- those are any site with xxxxx.ismyangel.net addresses) Unfortunately- they aren't seperated as new- you have to look. I don't think it's completely updated, as no new papers are up- but I found "heart-bet" which I know is new and "handmade card' which I think is new.
Lisa, I feel your pain. I'm with SU and don't have my copy either. I feel like I will be the last person on earth to see it (even though that's so not the case, if the posts on the SU demo side are anything to go by)
The stamp sets are 70% the actual size (I'll get to this is a minute)
So what does this mean? They are teeny tiny? I like seeing them the actual size. Has the demo kit changed? Thanks!
To fit more sets into the catalog, TAC has decided to show them at a reduced size. So on each page (or page spread, not sure) there is one image called a "size it" and it is scaled to the actual size so you can compare. So far - I haven't heard good reviews of the feature. But I know we aren't the only company that doesn't show actual size. It is a bummer though.
However- this year they are suggesting block sizes, which they haven't done in the past- so maybe that will be more helpful?
I got my catty!!!!!!!!! I've only looked through it once but so far I like what I see. Don't like the smaller images, but I'll get used to it. I'm beyond thrilled that several of the past hostess sets, supplement, spring fling & jubilee sets are in the catty. Running Stitches & Swirly Gigs made it - woohoo!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Could someone with a new TAC catty tell me if there are any new women-girl themed sets? Last year my favorite was the pregnate themed set and the SOTM called Working Women.
Anything like this in the new catty?
Thanks,
Sharon

Not really. The free set for going to seminar was totally Bella-like, but I'm not seeing anything new. Sorry!

Is this set going to be available for purchase by the general public? Do you happen to know if there is a picture floating around anywhere with it ? What is it called?
Thanks!

I saw a copy of the catalog. There is defenitely some cute stuff in there but I really hate that the images aren't the true size.
This means I can't lay a microscope slide, or a punch template over the image to see if it will truly fit.
And not all the pages have the size it image on them.
Scrappers will love this catalog I think. Lots of nice words and phrases that are more suited to them than to cardmakers.
I got it and I LOVE IT. I'm not sure about the stamps yet- because of the size issues, but the paper is to die for, and the overall feel is great!
I am so glad to see a sympathy word set. Because I hate just having "with sympathy" now I'll be able to have lots of choices.
I won't get it- because I don't have kids- but I was super impressed by the girl sports set. Realistic images of girls playing softball, basketball, volleyball and soccer. Great for scrapbookers with girls in sports and awesome for making cards for tween and teenage girls who aren't girly.
I agree - the catalog does have a nice "feel" to it. It's friendly, KWIM? The sympathy set is high on my list. The flamingo sets are a hoot, and there are some nice choices for Christmas. I give it a big thumbs up. The only disappointment for me was I was really, really hoping for some branded inks and cardstocks. Oh well - maybe in January.

I agree! It is a nice Catalog - have to get used to the images being smaller but you still can't beat the prices of our sets!! And the great hostess benefits TAC gives to the hostess!!! The flamingos are a hoot not that I would get them - here in New England we don't see too many flamingos! LOL The sport sets are great and the Sympathy verses are first on my list to get - it is nice to have the words there when you need them!! I already have a first wish list made out bit will be reviewing the catty again and again over the next few days and I am sure my list will continue to grow!!! And than in just 6 months we get to do it all over again with another new catalog!!!

This is great to hear since I am primarily a scrapper! I am always looking for phrase sets that will work with my layouts.
Feel free to keep the descriptions going.
Thanks,
