Default SU Stamps (New) What Do I Do?

I got a couple of new sets of Stampin' Up Stamp sets and am thinking of not mounting them on the wood blocks. What do I do with them then? Do I remove the foam from the stamp then? I have read that many of you do not mount them to the wood blocks - but I am not sure what to do with them. Could someone please advise as to the steps I should be taking now? Thank you!

For die-cuts, I leave them on the foam and attach vinyl cling to that. For regular SU stamps, I actually peel it off and put on EZMount. If you want, you can use them bare. Then, just peel them off the foam. Some are easier than others. If it's kind of stubborn, you can put them in the microwave for a few seconds.

Here is what I do with mine. Cut the stamps if you need to. Then I just leave the part on that cover's the sticky side. I then get a CD holder and put the stamps in that and the image sticker on the outside of the cd holder. When I want to use the stamps I take the sheet off of the sticky side, put it on my acrylic block and then put the sheet back on when done.

I also unmount my SU stamps. I have found it is really easy to just pull off the foam that they come attached to (I have never had to resort to the microwave so far!) and then mount them onto eazimount which I much prefer. Then then just go straight onto acrylic blocks. I don't however unmount the square background stamps as they are just as easy to use on the wooden blocks.
