Can anyone tell me when they usually announce the promo for the upcoming month? Wondering what Feb's promo will be....

I am not sure if you were asking about new demonstrator promotions. Anyone who joins as a demonstrator during Sale-A-Bration can choose any stamp set--a value of up to $47.95--from the current catalog. Does this help?
