Default SU Demo Dropped ???

Does anyone know if a demonstrator has been dropped, can you sign back up? do you have to purchase the strater kit again? Is there a waiting period?

Could a person put in a girevance for not realizing quarterly minimums or if a family member had an emergency that caused you not to make sales required?

Doris - not sure about the details of the policy- this is what I think I know. (Scary Huh?)

SU! gives you a one month grace period to make up the difference plus $100 towards the next/current quarter.

Yes you have to purchase the kit again - (you could get different stamp sets and if you get duplicate items that you can't use - trade with someone)

I have heard rumor that if you sign up again under the same demo there is no waiting period but if you change your upline there is a 6 month waiting period. Never checked it out cuz I don't plan on leaving.

As for special curcumstances - you need to call demonstrator support.

If I have stated something incorrect - please someone correct me!

I have heard that you can resign up after a few months... will check the demo manual for you.

Default Rejoining SU

Here's from the Demonstrator Manual on Rejoinging SU.

Rejoining Stampin’ Up!

This policy explains the conditions under which a former demonstrator may rejoin Stampin’ Up! under the former upline demonstrator or under a new upline demonstrator.

Rejoining under the Former Upline Demonstrator

If a former (or dropped) demonstrator wants to rejoin, she may do so by signing a new Independent Demonstrator Agreement and purchasing a new starter kit. If she rejoins within six full months of the termination of her demonstratorship (see “Calculating the Six-Month Waiting Period? in this section, below), she will be placed under her original upline recruiter and cannot rejoin under any other demonstrator.

The rejoining demonstrator will receive a new demonstrator number. Her former downline will not be restored, nor will she regain her former title or sales history. She cannot be counted again as a new recruit by the original recruiter. If she rejoins within six full months of the termination of her demonstratorship, she can be counted on her upline’s promotion and title maintenance totals and levels. When this rejoining demonstrator is promoted from associate to senior associate, that promotion does not count in any promotion calculations (such as AAA, incentive trip, quarterly incentive program, etc.) unless she was never promoted to senior associate during her former demonstratorship. Promotions to supervisor and above will count towards the aforementioned incentives.

Rejoining under a New Upline Demonstrator

If a former (or dropped) demonstrator rejoins more than six full months after the termination of her demonstratorship (see “Calculating the Sixth-Month Waiting Period? below), she must sign a new Independent Demonstrator Agreement and purchase a new starter kit. She will receive a new demonstrator number. Her former downline will not be restored, nor will she regain her former title or sales history. She may sign up under anyone she chooses and can be counted as a new recruit for all purposes by her new upline recruiter.

Calculating the Six-Month Waiting Period

Demonstrators who do not meet their minimum sales requirements by the end of their pending month are placed in dropped status, and the six-month period begins on the first day of the month in which the demonstrator was placed in dropped status. For example, if the demonstrator did not submit sales January through March, she would go into pending status on April 1 and be dropped as of May 1. Her six-month period would begin May 1. (See the “Status? section of this chapter in this manual.)

Demonstrators who resign will begin their six-month period on the first business day of the month following the month in which Stampin’ Up! receives their letter of resignation. Letters of resignation must be in writing and may be submitted by mail, e-mail (addressed to [email protected]), or fax. See “How to Contact Stampin’ Up!? in Chapter 1.) This will ensure that demonstrators who have placed recent orders (and their uplines) will receive their commissions on those orders before their resignations go through.

* * * * *
The foregoing “Rejoining Stampin’ Up!? policy is considered fully incorporated into the terms and conditions of the Stampin’ Up! Independent Demonstrator Agreement, as well as the Demonstrator Manual as it is amended from time to time.

The terms of this policy shall govern in the event of a conflict among documents. Failure to abide strictly with the terms and rules may result in suspension or termination of your Stampin’ Up! demonstratorship, as more fully set forth in the Demonstrator Manual.

Stampin Up does have a grievance process starting with an informal and can progress to the formal.
You can rejoin if you purchase the kit.
Rejoin in 6 months and you are put back into your original upline.
If you wait more than 6 months, you can pick anyone you want to be under.
They do not restore your former title or sales history.
It is all in the demo havdbook under policies & programs.
