Default Su blocks don't match stamps???? City of DAVID

I just got my City of David set, and in cutting out the stamps, one of the wood blocks isn't the right size for the sentiment, and I haven't mounted any of them, so I know there's NO way that it would fit on another block.

WHAT DO I DO?

I'm sure if the demo or yourself sent SU! a note they would send you what you need. That stuff happens sometimes.

My smaller butterfly in Garden Whimsy didn't match, but I made the best of it - I had to tilt the stamp and the sticker on a diagonal to make it fit. It had to go on that particular block because the rest of them fit perfectly! I didn't even think about calling my demo because this was a gift from my MIL, but I'm sure she could have helped. Oh well!

yeah, I already thought about the diagonal, but that won't work, the blocks are just too small.....

I have noticed the same problem with the last few sets that I ordered. Nothing huge, but definitely could have used bigger blocks.

That does happen sometimes. Let your demo know and she'll call SU and it will get taken care of for you! SU is very good about issues like that.

Default me too

My City of David too! It came in my last order and I hadn't mounted it yet, so I went and checked. That long narrow sentiment is WAY to big for the wood block they used.

Guess I'll be calling my Demo too

Default are you the demo/

If you are the demo- just give SU! a call. If not, have her call- they will usually ship it right out- and- at no charge to the demo or the customer- at least that is my experience!
