Default Steppin with Water??

I saw that someone used the Steppin with Water Technique on a card. I looked in the Resource area but could not find it. Can anyone here help me locate it? Thanks! :-) LM

Default I looked in the gallery.......

Is this the card? ...Wild Rose Birthday by babsbkt
It's beautiful and every time I see that Wild Rose set, I want to buy it...... $$$$$$
I tried searching for the technique (with google) but it only brought me right back to the card. I'm going to send babsbkt a PM and ask for more info.

Default Steppin' With Water

Thank you for asking about my card. I am so happy that you enjoyed my card. I loved making it. I have used this same technique to make a scrapbook page.

Wild Rose Steppin' With Water Card

The name of this technique "Steppin' With Water" is from Stampin' Up!'s Stampin' Success, October 2006 magazine.

How To:

Simply color directly on the stamp with your watercolor crayon.
Spritz the stamp with water.
Then stamp your image on card stock or watercolor paper. I liked card stock the best.

This technique is the same as "Wet Watercolor Crayon" found on Splitcoaststamper's resource page.

When I uploaded my two Wild Rose cards my details got mixed up.

Ahhhh, now it makes sense! I was sure the card in the 1st link above used faux linen! Awesome example of faux linen, I might add!

You know, I think the descriptions for that card and this card are mixed up (not that I've EVER done that .

The card the OP mentioned used Faux Linen and the rose in the card I just posted is done with watercolor crayons. Looks like she did the base image with the WWC's and the second step with ink....
