I personally haven't purchased anything from Starlit Studios, but there are a lot of women here who have bought from them and they love the items. I think ribbon is a really big thing and Starlit Studio is a member here on SCS. I don't think you will be disappointed if you purchase from her.

She is a member here on SCS - Starlitstuido aka Cindy Lyles. I have not ordered from here but when the ZBBs were just starting to be really popular she offered them in her eBay store and when you mentioned you were from SCS she donated a portion to SCS. I've only heard good things.

Another person to be TOTALLY SATISFIED! Cindy ROCKS! She carries really really cool stuff and ships FAST!!! And the best part??? She only charges a little bit for shipping and handling! I placed my first order with her last month and will definitely be ordering again. fast, neatly packaged, and fun stuff!!!
I was actually just on her site and she now has the famous fabriano cards in
5" square size so my next order may be sooner than later!

Another endorsement for fast shipping and great customer service!
I bought 6 bottles of Primas which came very carefully packaged, but one bottle was broken. Great communication and almost instant replacement of the bottle (it was one of the cute ones with a wood stoppers, must have a matched set, you know ;) )

Cindy is wonderful. I can agree with the fast processing, shipping, and customer service. Once I ordered some trim from her ebay store (after hearing raves about her on SCS). She gave me some extra yardage of trim. I was buying like 5 yards of something by the yard, and apparently she'd reached the end of the roll, but couldn't quite reach the last full yard to complete my order. She gave me the leftover yardage, and got yardage from a new roll so that I've have another full continuous length of yardage. Didn't make a difference for my project, but I appreciated her thoughtfulness!

Oh... while you're at the store, take a look at the lovely organza bag of mixed primas and IMHO beautiful WHITE chipboard coasters. Those wee my latest finds in my last visit to her store. The presentation of all the packaged goods is what I call packed with tender loving care.
I started looking for sheer ribbon earlier in the year and wondered what cindy ribbon was and was so happy to finally find a link. Of course, I am a very happy repeat buyer. |
