Question stamping stores in Anchorage, Alaska?

heading to Anchorage the end of September -- do you know of any stamping stores I can check out?

I don't know of any stamping stores, sorry. But if you're into scrapbooking at all, I would recommend getting your Alaska book there! You can find them at all sorts of discount stores (I'm thinking of one in Fairbanks but can't recall the name, sorry), as well as the tourist trap stores. I'm still kicking myself 2 years later for not coming home with one and avoiding the shipping charges of ordering online. :(

hi Sandy - there IS a place i sadly did not get to visit when i was in Anchorage earlier this year; Stamp Attic. i've heard great things about it from another stamper i'm friends with on the amuse lounge board. hope you get time to stop in.

There is a small stamp store in Palmer also - Stamp Cache

Wasilla has a great scrapbook (a little stamping) store too - The Craft Garden

I have been to the stamp store in Anchorage also - cute, great selection, she has some copics, a lot of stamps, specialty stuff - it's a fun store!

Stamp attic is great - I love it! Cute store, lots of stamps!

If you have a car and are going to be driving around - there are a couple more stores within about 40 minutes.

Wasilla has The Craft Garden - they are mainly scrapbooking, but do have some stamps. I could have spend another 3 hours or so in there.

Palmer has the CUTEST stamp store EVER! The Stamp Cache - adorable and well worth the drive!
