Default STAMPIN UP GOOF UP

Stampin Up has made a big goof!!! The Retired List that came out today for Canadians has two different prices. Alphabetical List is cheaper then the Numerical List. My guess is that they have posted the American Price List on the Canadian site. I noticed this after I emailed the list to my customers. I explained to them that it was the American pricing and that I would not be able to honour it as I would be losing money. I think someone needs to proofread just alittle better.

Oh goodness, how stressful to have to tell people it's the higher price I can feel your pain.

I only printed out the alpha list that my demo had emailed me...so I didn't notice this glitch. I wonder if SU will honor their mistake?

I happened to print one first, and saw it, and sent out the numerical list, but this is soooo frustrating, because of course anyone can access both lists on the website for themselves!
Combine this with the old Dormant list, and no new one yet, and this has been a disappointing morning! ugh!

Have you contacted SU! yet to let them know so they can fix the problem?

I sent an email, but of course, they are not open on the weekend. You can fax or order, but there are no phones. So I guess, it is Monday that they find out. I doubt they will honour their "mistake". My husband was looking at the difference in price and wondered why they didn't sell in American Dollars all the time, we would just pay exchange rate at the time. There is definitely a big, big difference on some of the sets.

I noticed it this morning too. What a pain for all the demos.

I noticed the massive price difference this morning too. I was just hoping they were giving us a price break I know, I'm dreaming!
