You can absolutely use the classic pads for scrapbooking! The craft pads are only recommended for longer color life. As long as your pages aren't exposed to direct sunlight, you shouldn't have a problem. I personally prefer the craft pads and don't mind the drying time, but there are just as many people out there who prefer classic over craft. I like knowing that without having to do anything else, I can use them for fabric stamping, embossing and longer color life in my scrapbooks. Have fun with whatever you choose!
