Question stain glass technique

Does anyone have the directions for doing "stain glass" on vellum?

Use your anti-static puff on the vellum.
Stamp image with VersaMark or Craft Ink
Sprinkle with embossing powder and remove excess.
Heat carefully with heat tool. If you get too close vellum will warp or burn.
I generally color my images with Sharpies from the back side.
