Is it okay to post some stamp sets for sale on here and other craft supplies it won't be for a while because I have to organize my supplies, it would only be for B.C. residents or people who live in Abbotsford B.C.

There are the Buy Sell Trade threads (Splitcoaststampers Buy / Sell / Trade Forum - Cards, Crafts, Scrapbooks & More), you can post there so long as it's not current SU product.
But with that restricted a location you're happy to send to, I think you'd need to make that clear in the thread title. Most people browsing those threads would at least expect you to be happy to send to North America and might be disappointed to open the thread and find it was no use to them.
