Hubby was helping me brainstorm some--I made some with foam tape in the middle for his office door, and I think he must want some for Christmas. He told me how I could make Santa, Mrs. Claus, and elf, Rudolph, a snowman, an angel, etc. We'll see if he'll help me actually figure them out! LOL

Hi! Love all the new ideas for Christmas! There are always so many people to remember with small gifts...

I made spiders, ghosts, Frankensteins, and jack o'lanterns for some
co-workers. They loved them! Someone said, "I can hardly wait to see what she comes up with for Thanksgiving!" So...good, kind, creative people, could someone show me how to make turkeys or pilgrims and Indians? Thanks in advance!

All of these are too cute. I especially like the santa on the candy cane made with circles. Very creative!

Hi. I just came across your thread in the weekly inkling. Last weekend I was teaching a card class and wanted something for my centerpieces. I don't have a picture to show, sorry. But, I made the peppermint patties and put a wooden skewer through it and made a bouquet of them by putting a tower of three flat styrofoam circles from the dollarstore into a glass vase like a goldfish bowl, also from the dollar store. I glued the discs together with a gluegun only on the edges so as not to interfere with the sticks going through. Then I filled it with candycorn to hide the styrofoam. I gave away the candies to those that made the cards. They loved them. Simple. Just an idea for ya.

There is a turkey in our Stampin' Success magazine if you are a SU! Demonstrator. If not, I can try to post a picture of the card I made at my last workshop.

Default Dahlia Fold Turkey

Here's a dahlia fold turkey I made several of for place settings at Thanksgiving dinner. My friend CraftyJean taught me how to make them.

OK, I played around and made a turkey, snowman and reindeer.

For the turkey and reindeer I used Kraft paper for the faces. I popped the nose out on the reindeer but I think it would be cute if you used one of those little pom-poms or added some red Stickles to the nose.
