Although I have 2 kids birthday parties that I have to attend (one as chauffeur for my DD and DNeice; the other as invited guest because my DNephew is turning "TREE" ), I am determined to get some crafting time in (usually when the kids are in bed).
I just got MDS yesterday, so I'm anxious to play with it for a bit...and, as for my craft area, I'm *always* cleaning/rearranging it, LOL!

I voted "other"....... I'm getting together with five friends for a "stamp n' scrap" on Saturday afternoon, but I have no idea what I'm going to work on. I'm so excited about getting together for some "girl time", I don't really care, either! In fact, I may pack my bag just to fool my DH and DD, and not even open it when I get here!

I'm woefully behind on specific birthday cards and I need to make about 40 thank-you cards for people who served on a school committee for me. Then there are about 60-70 cards for the church's All Saints Day Mass.
I need to work on organization. I have a couple of those cubes to assemble for my 12x12 paper. I just ordered a boatload of stuff from the SU blowout sale that needs to be "absorbed" into the craft room.
Better get busy!

I had to vote other because tonight I plan to work on something in my craft room - anything really - maybe Christmas cards - tomorrow I am going shopping at Hollos for more wonderful white cs for my bases (it's 1 1/2 hours one way but so worth the drive) and sunday - I think I will stamp in between loads of laundry and cleaning.

Work 12 hour nights Friday and Saturday, and not only an Inservice at 7:30 am Monday, but also 12 hour night Monday night. That means Sunday lost to fatigue, anticipated fatigue, and general malaise...

No crafting for me either. Cooking/baking for my sons birthday on saturday, then keeping my 16 mo/old grandson saturday night. When Trae is here it's all my husband and I can do just to keep up with him as he leaves a path of destruction from room to room.

1. Keeping up with the Caardvark's Sketchfest
2. Trying to do a VSN Mini
3. Need to start a tutorial/3D project
4. Need to make some thank you cards and a new baby card (but am going to try to use cards from the #1 & #2 on the list for that)
5. Get started on my project for Stamping Around Philadelphia (November 6-7), so I can come up photos, instructions, supply lists, and the like.
6. Make a promised wall hanging for my college student.
7. Possibly run down the Ranger Warehouse sale tomorrow. I was going to go today, but food poisoning and extreme muscle pain (darned free weights) made me nap instead.

I was one of many who voted to clean her craft studio this weekend. I've been working on it all week. I came to the realization that I'm not a person who likes to have everything in view and on display. Too cluttered! So my punches have gone back in drawers, and I'm trying to find the bottom of my desk again under all the papers. I'm going to look for some pretty photo storage type boxes to house my ribbons because I've also found that I don't like the clear boxes where a length of ribbon sticks out of the side. Too messy!
I'll be taking a break or two to do some needle art, and maybe even participate in the mini VSN. Should be fun!

Tidying, and cards for no special occasion. I have one I've started for schirmcat's WOW challenge, and there'll be the IC challenge, and I think I still need one more for my CCC09.

I had to vote for no crafting this weekend. Can I just add in the next 3 - 4 weeks at that . My DH and I are getting ready to move and I have already packed up my craft room and won't be able to unpack until the middle of October.

I'm finishing 10 altered gift bags for my mom's church to use as centerpieces for a luncheon on Monday. Then I'll finish my card candy swaps - one for this site and one for my CardMaker mag group.
Next up will be thank you cards for friends who donated for the Autism Speaks Walk I am doing tomorrow morning with my sis and my DS who is autistic. I got cute autism puzzle-piece ribbon off of ebay for these.

I'm working on a swap. It's that tri-shutter (quad) tutorial that's was here in a tutorial a few weeks ago. It's taking me quite a bit of time, but it's turning out pretty well (I think). The basics are done, now it's time for the embellishments. I even made the paper flowers for it (another tutorial).

I have been working on reorganizing my mess of a craft room this week--- and by reorganizing, I mean "find the floor". LOL. I just read the great thread on organizing ribbon, so now I'm inspired to try something with the stash of mason jars I have in my basement.
I also have two swaps to do--- one to make, one to package up and get mailed.

I find it funny that "cleaning up my craft room" is currently in first place with 21 votes. Everyone else really must be as messy as I am! I spend at least as much time cleaning up and organizing my scrap room as I do creating in there. I have recently taken over our family room and acquired DH's old computer desk to try and figure out what I want to do with it in there.
We have soccer all day Saturday but I plan to scrapbook this afternoon and all day Sunday! Happy Scrappin'

My sister is coming over for a full afternoon of card making. She will probably finish six cards or so, while I might get one done. She is so much better at mass production than I am, but we sure have fun crafting together.

I need to make a quick birthday card for DD to take to a sleep over Sat. night, but beyond that no crafting for me. Marching band stuff tonight and I'm working at the Sugarland concert tomorrow night. I would love to get some stamping time in. I have to get started on holday cards - soon!
