Default Slipping Sets

Since this has come up a bunch, I thought I'd just make one post and be done.

I talked to demo support last night and learned a lot about storage of sets. If you live in a humidity prone state, there is a good chance your sets will slip off the foam if they aren't stored properly. The cure for this is do not store them on a shelf. Doesn't matter which direction, the issue is the humidity, not the direction. SU recommends you store them in air tight containers like rubbermade or sterilite to help protect your sets.

If you live in dry climate and they slip, defective set, call DS.

Regardless of why they slip or lose adhesive, SU guarantees your sets for life. And while you will, after 90 days, have to pay shipping, they will send you a new set if you call your demo/or yourself if you are a demo and have the order number. I was lucky, SU is replacing mine under my demo number because I had the original packing list and am now a demo myself. Contact your demo if you are a customer with a slipping set, they will replace it and they will pay the shipping charges for you to return the set, so you don't have to pay twice to get a new set.
