Default Simple Shapes question....and new catalog question

I know some demo has this set - as she got it at the last meeting/convention(???) she went to...

Is this something that is going to be for sale in the new catalog or is it going to be a hostess set? I am soooooo hoping it is going to be for sale - if so it is the first thing I am going to buy

Stampin' wheels - do they usually tell you ahead of time that certain wheels are going to retire or do they just not show up in the next catalog. I have seen a few of the new ones in peoples samples that I just have to have, ones that are better suited for use in the background.

Also those that are demos that have gotten some of the new stamp sets is there anyway you can scan in the stamps so those of us who aren't demos can have a peek at all the stamps in a set or is that against SU policy...

Hi Jennie: Simple Shapes is going to be a stamp set that is for sale in the next catalogue. I can't wait to order it too!

As for the wheels, we do not find out which ones retire ahead of time. There was a special in April in which we could get some of the wheels for free if we purchased certain stamp sets and the handle. Those are the wheels you are probably seeing used as backgrounds. I have them and just love them! They will be available to purchase in the new catalogue too.

Fun stuff!

I am pretty sure Simple Shapes will be for purchase, not a hostess set. Not 100%, but maybe 95

If you like a wheel now, get it!
They do not tell us what accessories will retire, but you can guess that if the coordinating stamp set os retiring, the wheel will retire as well. If you want an accessory, get it now to be safe.

We cannot scan the images, but there is a gallery with the new sets and you can look them up here and get a good idea what will be in the set.

Ladybug Picnic
Word Play and confetti play wheel
It's a Party
Rhyme Time
Shapes and Shadows

All those. . .and Birthday Banter and Simple Shapes, too. Those will be in the new catalog for purchase.

Demos had the opportunity to earn some of (maybe all?) the hostess sets that will be available in the new catalog. There are several samples already in the gallery. Those sets are:

Level I:
Sculpted Style
Wee Watercolors
Festive Four
Burst into Bloom
Listen with the Heart
Stippled Stencils
Birthday Best

Level 2:
Sweet of You
Flower Garden
Suitable for Framing
Little Layers Plus
Botanical Garden

Level 3:
What Could be Better?
Tag Time
Ageless Adornment

Keep checking the gallery - as sets get delivered, we'll all be busy filling it with more samples!
