Default sewing

Hi!

I have been seeing alot of cards done w/ the stitching. Even in the SU catalog. I am wanting to try it out but are all of you using the sewing machine to do so. I have the tool kit and thought that is what that was for. (w/ the card to evenly space the holes)

Thanks for any input,

I use my sewing maching for any stitching I do. I feel that hand stitching takes so much time. But a word of warning, don't get one of those cheap little machines from Provo Craft (they sell them at Mike's). They are horrible. I just bought some small needles for my nice machine and it works great. Plus my machine has a bunch of cool stitches to choose from -- which I still need to play with.

Kendra-
Thanks for the heads up! I've been thinking about getting that little sewing machine for some time now and just haven't made it into the store yet. Now I won't bother. I don't know how to sew anyways.

Default I agree...

the little machine by Provo Craft is awful! I got it online when they first came out and have NEVER seen it stitch a single thing. I have had many people spend many hours trying to make it work! Seemed like such a great idea - guess I'll have to wait until I have a sewing room!! Too much trouble to keep pulling out the "big" machine right now...
