Default Serendipity stamps Questions...

Anyone have any issues with shipping of product from them? I ordered on 6/18/14 and got a invoice receipt and then have heard nothing else from them. I just realized it was 9 days ago. At the same time I placed an order from China and it arrived today so that is what made me think of it.

Maybe you already explored this part of their website (I was checking it out because I thought they were in Canada, but I just realized that's Quietfire), but on their "about us" page they say they usually ship within a week, so it's possible that it took all the way up to Wednesday of this week before your package made it in the mail.

They also say "We are a very small business and we sometimes get backed up, but we usually ship your order within a week. Holidays or personal vacations sometimes cause a delay. If you need something ASAP, just call us, we can usually do it. If we are closed for a holiday you will hear a message letting you know when we will re-open."

There is also a phone number-- you could call Monday if you don't have it by then.

I ordered recently and got it in just over a week which is about right for a trans-Atlantic package so it must have been dispatched very quickly. I didn't get a dispatch note or any communication beyond the payment receipt.

I haven't ordered recently but in the past any time I've ordered I've had no issues at all. I don't think I keep track of how long orders take, I only notice if it's a REALLY long time.

I dealt with Simplicity Stamps when I worked at a LSS. Their stamps were always the highest quality and beautifully designed. Great to work with. Im sure it's not easy balancing business with personal life.
I'm sure if you don't receive it shortly, they would be happy to check on the order for you.

I got my package today- I just thought I would get some type of shipping notice, at least 90% of the companies I deal with do send them at the time the package ships. I love my goodies, can't wait to work with them.

Yay, glad it reached you safely! Because she's a small outfit, I suspect she concentrates on actually packing and shipping orders and the notification stuff takes a back seat. Enjoy your new stamps!

Yup! I just came here to see if anyone else was concerned about their order with this company. I am having the same experience so far -- I got an invoice but no notice of processing or shipping -- it's been 8 days for me. : Hopefully it won't be much longer and they'll get caught up on their orders.
