Default Sandy Redburn! Customer Service!

I missed a call from THE Sandy Redburn (Crafty Secrets) today. Drat. I was home, but missed it anyway. She was calling to tell me they had a mix-up with my order (hey, things happen) and she felt so bad, she was calling to say sorry and sending me a free stamp set! Little chef! Which I don't have and wanted to order, but didn't to save a little money! How awesome is this company?

Frankly, I have to wait a fair while for anything I order from the States. I don't mind. It is just the way it is and I accept it and am patient. The companies ship right away to Canada. It is the fact my order may sit at the border for a while. It is a crap shoot. Since Sandy's company is based out of B.C. , my orders often come faster, especially if they ship from B.C. (they have a dist. centre in Washtington too). So I could not really see what the hub-bub was, but Sandy clearly thought there was hub-bub and wanted to fix it.

Now that is what I call GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE. Yay Crafty Secrets!

There is nothing better that a company can do for itself than to provide excellent customer service
