Default Rolling Drawer Chest....Creating Keepsakes...Help

Hi Ladies,

I was flipping through the CK magazine that I got today and stopped on page 106 with my heart beating a hundred miles and hour and my body jumped off the couch and dashed to the computer in search of this unit.

It is an 11 drawer chest on caseters made of wood. They said it was from the Home Decorators Catalog so I did a seach on their site and came across nothing. Does anyone know of any place that carries one similar? I've done a search with no luck.

Thanks

Thats not it :( This one isn't a map chest....it is oak (or looks that way) with cutouts for the "handles". Thanks though!

Every now and then I get one of their catalogs. I have seen it in there and thought "wow, that would be awesome". I think it comes in several different colors as well. I will look for it when I get home tonight. If I find an email or phone number, I'll let you know.

Thanks Sabina but I am now all set I went back to the website today determined to find it LOL. I was scrolling through something and a picture grabbed my eye because the "handle" spots looked like the picture I had seen in CK. I opened that page and low and behold on the bottom was similar items and there it was! I was so excited $350 later and it should be delivered in the next two weeks!

Glad you found it. Let us know how you like it. I look at them pretty long when I get the catalog, but I have purchased the store-n-style cubes and can't justify the big investment. Post a pic if you can.

My unit came yesterday It is nice....expensive but nice ;)

Joy, no, I don't plan on using it to store stampsets all though I did put some in the bottom larger drawer. My stuff was all stored in my hallway closet outside the room I work in. Stuff was never put away when I was done because I was too tired. This cart is on casters so I plan on pushing it right next to where I'm working and put things away as I go All my stuff that was in those rubbermaid drawer units was moved into this unit (punches, Twinkling H2O's, embossing powder etc.)

JoAnn's has something similar to this. It's wood for $149. The handles are semi circles cut into the wood at the top so you can open the drawers. It's not on rollers, but those can be installed easily. If this is what you are looking for, you may want to check out Jo's.

Thanks for the info I wonder how easy it would be to finish one to match the one I already got as I was eyeballing the last one your listed but didn't want to spend more money! My only issue would be finishing the unit....I don't have the time or the patience lately LOL
