Questions on Paperwork.....

HI! I am filling out the last of my paperwork. Do I keep any copies of it myself? I am thinking the yellow page of the Independent Demo Agreement Application form, but do I keep any of the Starter Kit Form copies?
Also, the address is one the upper right hand corner of the form right?


(It is too late to talk with my upline, she is wonderful, but I am wanting to mail this first thing in the morning.)

Where is your upline that you are having to find this out on a website...and yes Keep copies for yourself make yourself a copy and yes the addy is right and be sure you have it to the office by the end of the month for the special price.
