Project life is a method of scrapbooking that uses specialized page protectors with different size pockets.
The original idea was for people to scrap the everyday in a simple way by putting the journalling cards and photos into the pockets.
A ton of companies make "Project Life" cards but you can also buy different stamp sets etc. to make you own.

I don't tend to do the weekly pages bc it's time consuming and our life isn't that exciting on a daily basis so I just use the pocket "Project Life" pages when I feel like it:
