wine glass lampshade

I am loving the lampshade designed for the wine glass, but I am having trouble linking to sites to get the templates. Would someone be so kind as to email me a site or template so that I can try some of these for Christmas gifts.

This is a link I believe I used before. You have to scroll down a few rows until you see Wine Glass Shade. As I recall, you might have to fiddle with the shape a little to fit your particular wine glass.

Just for everyones information. I worked in a stamp store and made these lampshades for display. A customer made them for a wedding reception but didn't adjust for the particular glass. I believe the paper stood above the glass as I have seen pictured in this forum. The paper caught fire. They were able to get it out but kind of scary. I would make sure the paper was only slightly above the glass (maybe 1/8-1/4") or use the new battery candles that look like the real thing.

Thanks to everyone who has replied to my posting. I had looked at the battery operated candles and thought I should try them. Now that I know that they may catch on fire I will definetly buy some.
